Who are we kidding and how willfully naive are we as a people? This installment of On the Money with Peter Hebert is titled “The Second Amendment: Original Intent.” The Second Amendment is not there so Americans can go duck hunting. Our Constitution and Bill of Rights are not, as CNN’s British citizen Piers Morgan dismissed them, “Your little book.” Moreover, the Second Amendment did not create a right to own and bear guns. Those Natural Rights already existed.
