Lunatic Barack Obama is no more the "President" than you are.
The politicians' Debts & Deficits are just that- the politicans'. There are no such things as "National Debts", "Public Debts", "Countries' Debts", "Counties' Debts, "Cities' Debts", etc. The so-called "federal government" is not only Bankrupt, & Head- Over- Heels In Debt, It Has A Huge, & Increasing, Budget Deficit. There's virtually zero $ for anything whatsoever.
