Hey Lisbon, Is This How Things Work In Town Government?

This cartoon perfectly describe our Town Engineer, Town Manager, and almost the entire Town Council. Illegal contracts approved with the Council's full knowledge the town manager and town engineer violated the town's Purchasing Policy. Now both the town manager and town engineer are scrambling to cover it up but they screwed-up and the cat is out of the bag. The citizens of Lisbon need to take steps to regain their town. I know residents are scared of retaliation by Chief Brooks and his posse but in November the citizens have an opportunity to get rid of three bad seeds; Fern LaRochelle; Roger Bickford and Gina Mason. Take this opportunity to help our community.
