Progressives gathered in Augusta last week to hold a press conference at the State House to present their plan to "address" Maine's welfare and DHHS problems... and we were there to counter their punch. Sadly, their plan was nothing more than rhetoric and a last minute reaction to a shifting public opinion that supports honest and meaningful reforms – reforms driven by The Maine Heritage Policy Center.
