[Watch] Obama: “We’re Not Losing The War Against ISIS”

I concur. How could we be losing a war that we are not even fighting? The Islamic State (ISIS) continues to overtake more and more territory in both Iraq and Syria. How can one not think that that this is the result that Obama actually wants.
