RECAP SPECIAL TOWN COUNCIL MEETING – SEPTEMBER 17TH

Last night, the Town Council held a Special Town Council meeting to discuss Charter Changes. It was a very short meeting and there were only a few people there. Of those attending, Chairman Pesce kept the discussion confined to the current Charter Changes proposed.

The “no limit” terms were discussed and the Amendment pertaining to the Planning Board were also discussed.

Under Council Orders, Resolutions and Ordinances –

1. Charter Amendment 1-7 passed by a vote of 5-0 with the exception of Amendments 1, 3 and 4 which were 4-1 with Councilor Lunt voting NO. Councilors Crafts and Garrison were absent.

2. Warrant for November 3, 2015 – The Council approved by a vote of 5-0.

There was nothing else discussed.
