GOPDD: (Video) Black Louisville Judge Dismisses An Entire Jury Because They’re White

This is a case of blatant racism – but since the judge is black, and he wants to play a sorry ass race card, no one is going to say a thing. A judge that will not admit his own personal prejudices does not deserve to be on the bench. If it was a white judge vacating an all black jury, it would be a national scandal. Where the heck does he get off?
In April Louisville Judge Olu Stevens gave two armed robbers and home invaders a light sentence because he felt their three year-old baby victim was being racist.
