Hillary Clinton tv ad claims that Donald Trump mocked a a disabled reporter. The tv ad shows Donald Trump making spastic movements with his hands when he talks about Steve Kovaleski, who suffers from arthrogryposis congenital joint contractures in two or more areas of the body.
