Joe Biden has done a good job of constructing a persona around himself of this kind of goofy, sometimes misbehaving but harmless old buffoon. It serves him well in disguising and covering up actions that should have him in serious hot water, if not criminally then at least politically. For some reason, in spite of his perverted behavior taking place on camera, in front of hundreds of witnesses, he gets away with it.
The young girls that pedophile Joe is molesting are not comfortable, they know that what is happening to them is wrong. They are in a situation where they really can’t complain, they know that their parents expect them to be on their best behavior and complaining about the famous guy, who puts the real vice in Vice President and redefines executive branch overreach, would not go over too well.
