EAGLE RISING: Shrine Destroyed by ISIS Reveals Biblical King’s Palace

The Tomb of the Prophet Jonah in Mosul was destroyed by ISIS militants in 2014. Now archaeologists have reportedly found the palace of Assyrian King Sennacherib underneath the rubble.
Layla Salih was the one to find a”marble cuneiform inscription” of the king inside one of the tunnels. They believe the inscription to date back to 672B.C, and believe the palace was part of the city of Ninevah.
