Nobody Can Tell It Better Than Maxine

Let me get this straight . . . .

We're going to be "gifted" with a health care plan we are forced to purchase and fined if we don't,

Which purportedly covers at least ten million more people, without adding a single new doctor, but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents to administer the plan,

written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand itpassed by a Congress that didn’t read it but exempted themselves from it,

signed by a President who smokes,

with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes,

for which we’ll be taxed for four years before any “benefits” take effect,

by a government which has already bankrupted Social Security and Medicare,

all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese,

and financed by a country that's broke.

What the hell could possibly go wrong?

Tax Evader Sentenced to Jail

Tax Evader Sentenced to Jail
Machias-Attorney General Janet Mills announced that Jackie Fenton, age 61, of Jonesport, Maine, was sentenced in Superior Court in Machias on his plea of guilty to charges of failing to file his state income tax returns for 2003 to 2008.

(Media-Newswire.com) - Machias—Attorney General Janet Mills announced that Jackie Fenton, age 61, of Jonesport, Maine, was sentenced in Superior Court in Machias on his plea of guilty to charges of failing to file his state income tax returns for 2003 to 2008. The charges are Class C felonies punishable to up to five years in jail, because this is the second time that Fenton has been convicted of failing to file taxes for multiple years. Fenton, a commercial fisherman, had previously been convicted on February 18, 2004, of failing to file state taxes for 1997 to 2002. State law increases penalties for individuals who have previously been convicted of failure to file their returns or pay their taxes.

Judge John Romei sentenced Fenton to two years in jail with all but six months suspended. Upon his release, Fenton will serve two years of probation, with the condition that he pay $16,046.42 in restitution for the most recent convictions. Fenton still owes over $10,000 in restitution from his prior tax convictions.

Attorney General Mills commented, "In these continued difficult economic times, the willful nonpayment of income taxes will not be tolerated. My office will take strong action against individuals who fail to pay their fair share forcing other Maine citizens to make up the difference.”

This case was investigated by Maine Revenue Services' Criminal Investigations Unit and prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Office by Assistant Attorney General Gregg D. Bernstein.

Season's Greetings

SEASON'S GREETINGS
T'was the night before elections
And all through the town
Tempers were flaring
Emotions all up and down
I, in my bathrobe
With a cat in my lap
Had cut off the TV
Tired of political clap-trap
When all of a sudden
There arose such a noise
I peered out my window
Saw Obama and his boys
They had come for my wallet
They wanted my pay
To give to the others
Who had not worked a day!
He snatched up my money
And quick as a wink
Jumped back on his bandwagon
As I gagged from the stink
He then rallied his henchmen
Who were pulling his cart
I could tell they were out
To tear my country apart!
'On Fannie, on Freddie,
On Biden and Ayers!
On Acorn, On Pelosi'
He screamed at the pairs!
They took off for his cause
And as they flew out of sight
I heard him laugh at the nation
Who wouldn't stand up and fight!
So I leave you to think
On this one final note
IF YOU DON'T WANT SOCIALISM
GET OUT AND VOTE !!!!
GOD BLESS AMERICA

PW SUGG GIRLS SOCCER RESULT 10/28‏

On Thursday 10/28, Lisbon Sugg middle school girls’ soccer lost 3x2 against Winthrop.
Greyhounds dominated the ball possession most of the game, created a many opportunities of goal, but unfortunately Winthrop scored more times.

Center Backs Chandler Riordan and Kailyn Hill stopped many attacks from Winthrop, except for the three that ended up in goals. Goalie Dakota Bisson made several saves and came out of the goal many times to get the ball from the opponent’s feet.

Midfielder Abby Gamache showed great hustle by fighting for every ball in the middle. Greyhound’s offense line played aggressive and intensely, making several shots in the opponent’s goal. Center Forward Ashley Conrad once more left her mark by scoring Lisbon’s two goals.

Lisbon Sugg middle school girls’ next game is Friday, 10/29 at 3:30 pm, an away game against St. Michael’s.

Lisbon's Greyhounds departed Winthrop with their heads held high after
the 0-3 upset on the opponents field. The game from beginning to end
had all the signs of victory for Lisbon except for, of course, the
score. Greyhound forwards had no less than a dozen shots fired off on
Winthrop's goal primarily by Austin Bedford, Austin Fournier, and Nick
Huston including two penalty kicks but none would find the back of the
net. Meanwhile Winthrop only a few opportunities to shoot but were
fortunate to make 3 goals, all in the first half. Even with a second
half shut out and even some defenders like Deric Roberts finding
opportunities to shoot on goal, the Greyhounds were destined to remain
scoreless. Sugg's final game versus St. Michael's which has been
rescheduled twice for rain will be Friday, weather permitting.

The Grey-Haired Brigade

MAYBE WE SHOULD CIRCULATE THIS MESSAGE UNTIL ELECTION DAY AND BEYOND.  AMERICANS HAVE ALWAYS STOOD STRONG AGAINST THE OUTSIDE ENEMIES.  HOWEVER, THROUGH YEARS OF MANIPULATIVE DECEPTION, WE NOW HAVE AN ENEMY WITHIN. EVERY ELECTION IS VERY IMPORTANT; THIS ONE SEEMS MORE SO
"The Grey-Haired Brigade"
They like to refer to us as senior citizens, old fogies, geezers,
and in some cases dinosaurs. Some of us are "baby boomer" getting ready
to retire. Others have been retired for some time. We walk a little
slower these days and our eyes and hearing are not what they once were.
We have worked hard, raised our children, worshiped our God and grown old
together. Yes, we are the ones some refer to as being over the hill and
that is probably true.

I'm gonna need to find this bracelet before Saturday.
But before writing us off completely, there are a few things that need to
be taken into consideration. In school we studied English, history, math,
and science which enabled us to lead America into the technological age.
Most of us remember what outhouses were, many of us with firsthand
experience. We remember the days of telephone party-lines, 25 cent
gasoline, and milk and ice being delivered to our homes. For those of you
who don't know what an icebox is, today they are electric and referred to
as refrigerators. A few even remember when cars were started with a crank.
Yes, we lived those days.
   Getting weirder..
We are probably considered old fashioned and out-dated by many. But there
are a few things you need to remember before completely writing us off. We
won World War II and fought in Korea and Viet Nam . We can quote the pledge
of allegiance, and know where to place our hand while doing so. We wore
the uniform of our country with pride and lost many friends on the
battlefield. We didn't fight for the Socialist States of America , we fought
for the "land of the free and home of the brave." We wore different
uniforms but carried the same flag. We know the words to the Star Spangled
Banner, America , and America the Beautiful by heart, and you may even see
some tears running down our cheeks as we sing. We have lived what many of
you have only read about in history books and we feel no obligation to
apologize to anyone for America .

Yes, we are old and slow these days but rest assured, we have at least one
good fight left in us. We have loved this country, fought for it, and died
for it, and now we are going to save it.
It is our country and nobody is
going to take it away from us. We took oaths to defend America against allenemies, foreign and domestic, and that is an oath we plan to keep. There
are those who want to destroy this land we love but, like our founders,
there is no way we are going to remain silent.
U.S.A.
It was the young people of this nation who elected Obama and the
Democratic congress. You fell for the "Hope and change" which in reality
was nothing but "Hype and lies." You have tasted socialism and seen evil
face to face, and have found you don't like it after all.

You make a lot of noise but most are all too interested in their careers
or "Climbing the social ladder" to be involved in such mundane things as
patriotism and voting.
28.gif American Girl Patriot Happy 4th of July animated flag waving patriotic USA gif animation moving wave Fahne image by girlee_girl
Many of those who fell for the "great lie" in 2008 are now having buyer's
remorse. With all the education we gave you, you didn't have sense enough
to see through the lies and instead drank the Kool-Aid. Now you're paying
the price and complaining about it.

No jobs, lost mortgages, higher taxes, and less freedom. This is what you
voted for and this is what you got. We entrusted you with the Torch of
Liberty and you traded it for a paycheck and a fancy house.

Well, don't worry youngsters, the Grey Haired Brigade is here, and very soon we are going to take back our nation. We may drive a little slower
than you would like but we get where we're going,
and in November we're
going to the polls by the millions. This land does not belong to the manin the White House or to Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid. It belongs to
"We the People", and "We the People" plan to reclaim our land and our
freedom. We hope this time you will do a better job of preserving it and
passing it along to our grandchildren.

So the next time you have the chance to say the Pledge of Allegiance,
stand up, put your hand over your heart, honor our country, and thank God
for the old geezers of the Grey-Haired Brigade."

What The Heck Is Geo-Engineering? Here's Some Information On It

What in the World
Are They Spraying?

The Chemtrail/Geo-Engineering Coverup

Produced by G. Edward Griffin,
Michael Murphy, and Paul Wittenberger

By now everyone has seen crisscrossing streaks of white clouds trailing behind jet aircraft, stretching from horizon to horizon, eventually turning the sky into a murky haze. Our innate intelligence tells us these are not mere vapor trails from jet engines, but no one yet has probed the questions: WHO is doing this and WHY. With the release of this video, all of that has changed. Here is the story of a rapidly developing industry called Geo-engineering, driven by scientists, corporations, and governments intent on changing global climate, controlling the weather, and altering the chemical composition of soil and water – all supposedly for the betterment of mankind. Although officials insist that these programs are only in the discussion phase, evidence is abundant that they have been underway since about 1990 – and the effect has been devastating to crops, wildlife, and human health. We are being sprayed with toxic substances without our consent and, to add insult to injury, they are lying to us about it. Do not watch this documentary if you have high blood pressure" 95 minutes
For those wanting to purchase the DVD please click here.

For those thinking this should be taken down:

"We do respect reality zone and if they tell us to do that, We will do that. However, the back of the DVD says specifically "copy and share this disc". We would encourage anyone to buy a copy and place it up on their page. . It is exactly the attitude of protecting the information for profit that causes the message to be shut down to the masses that need to hear it most."

Maine Attorney General's Office Picks And Chooses It's Cases

Bowdoinham clerk fined $250

Judge sentences Ross for ballot handling crime, condemns vote disclosure

By Darcie Moore, Times Record Staff

BATH — Judge John David Kennedy on Wednesday sentenced Bowdoinham Town Clerk Pamela Ross to pay a $250 fine for mishandling absentee ballots from a Feb. 2 special election to fill a vacancy on the Board of Selectmen.

Kennedy announced Ross’ punishment Wednesday morning in Sagadahoc County Superior Court, where town employees, a selectman and some residents gathered for the sentencing.

On Sept. 29, Ross pleaded “no contest” to a Class E misdemeanor charge of violating Maine law regarding the counting of absentee ballots.

The Maine Attorney General’s Office filed a complaint against Ross in West Bath District Court on March 31, alleging that on or about Feb. 2, Ross “did unfold one or more absentee ballots at the time she removed the ballots from the absentee ballot envelopes.”

More About The Political Advertising This Year

Dems and Reps are Similar in Proportion of Negative Ads, but Dem Strategy Likely Driven by Desire to Draw Attention Away from the Policy Environment

(MIDDLETOWN, CT –) As we reported last week, “claims that 2010 is the most negative election to date may be premature.  In an analysis of close to 900,000 airings from January 1 to October 5, 2010, the Wesleyan Media Project finds that the distribution of positive, negative and contrast ads is comparable to 2008 in proportion, if not in volume.”  In an update to that release, and with a focus on House and Senate races, we continue to find similar rates of negativity.  Furthermore, we find that Democrats and Republicans are airing similar proportions of negative (and positive) spots in federal races.  However, there is one crucial difference: Democrats are using personal attacks at much higher rates than Republicans and a much higher rate than Democrats in 2008.
"The use of personal attacks actually makes sense for the Democrats this year,” said Michael Franz, co-director of the Wesleyan Media Project and associate professor of government at Bowdoin College.  “The issue environment does not really favor them, in that many Obama policies are unpopular, so many Democrats are choosing to point out the personal foibles of their opponents.”

Insider Trading in the Halls of Congress?

Earlier this month, the Wall Street Journal reported that 72 congressional aides had recently traded shares of stock in companies that their bosses help oversee.
A few examples cited in the piece:

  • The top energy-policy adviser to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) purchased stock in a renewable-energy firm, which, according to the WSJ, stood to benefit from tax credits supported by Senator Reid.

  • The chief of staff of Rep. Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), a member of the House Financial Services Committee, "invested $1,570 in Citigroup Inc. on Feb. 27, 2009, the day Citi and the Treasury announced the bank would issue common stock in exchange for preferred shares," a move that "helped bolster investor confidence," according to the WSJ.

  • An aide for House Speak Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) "had several successful trades in 2008 in a Charles Schwab brokerage account with her husband," who purchased "about $2,000 worth of Freddie Mac and $2,700 worth of Fannie Mae on July 11, 2008, just two days before the Fed authorized emergency funding to Freddie and Fannie."
Most staffers mentioned in the piece denied that they had done anything improper. Chris Miller, the Reid staffer noted above, told the WSJ that it had "cherry-picked information and woven a misleading narrative," explaining his investment this way:

Corruption With Absentee Ballots Leads To Arrest

Wake the kids and phone the neighbors; We have Democrats arrested for ballot fraud

RWB News: Yes, they are Democrats, but you would not know this by reading the article. For some reason the media does not want the public to know about what party is doing all the cheating.  Democrats are killing our Liberty; Massive voter fraud reported in 8 states.
From the Orlandosentinel

Daytona Beach City Commissioner Derrick Henry and his campaign manager were arrested this morning and charged with absentee ballot fraud, the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said.

Henry, 41, is charged with two counts of absentee ballots and voting violations, nine counts of being a principal to absentee ballots and voting violations and one count of conspiracy to commit absentee ballots and voting violations.
Genesis Robinson, 21, is accused of 11 counts of being a principal to absentee ballots and voting violations and one count of conspiracy to commit absentee ballots and voting violations.

All of the charges are third-degree felonies, punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000.

They will be taken to the Volusia County Branch Jail with bail set at $6,000 each, Sheriff’s spokesman Gary Davidson said.

Volusia County Supervisor of Elections Ann McFall reported irregularities in absentee-ballot requests coming into her office Aug. 11, Davidson said. McFall brought her concerns to the Sheriff’s Office, which launched a joint investigation with the State Attorney’s Office, Davidson said.

That investigation showed Henry and Robinson devised a strategy to boost Henry’s re-election bid by obtaining absentee ballots for numerous people, most of whom never requested the ballots, Davidson said.

Money Mongers Manipulate Mortgage Mishandlings

Banks ‘Want to Sit Down’ With States to Discuss Foreclosures

By Margaret Cronin Fisk
Oct. 28 (Bloomberg) -- A 50-state task force investigating U.S. foreclosure practices may meet with lenders as early as this week, less than a month after JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Bank of America Corp. suspended some home seizures.
“We’ve had several conference calls with major lenders,” Colorado Attorney General John Suthers said in an interview, declining to specify which ones. “The banks want to sit down with the attorneys general. These meetings are being set up,” said Suthers, whose office is a member of the executive committee of the task force.
All 50 states on Oct. 13 announced a coordinated inquiry into whether banks and loan servicers used false documents and signatures to justify hundreds of thousands of foreclosures. The probe came after JPMorgan and Ally Financial Inc.’s GMAC mortgage unit said they would stop repossessions in 23 states where courts supervise home seizures and Bank of America froze foreclosures nationwide.

“Our ability to act on behalf of consumers depends in part on the intricacies of state law,” said Janet Mills, Maine’s attorney general. “It is important for the AGs to share what they find out with each other, to monitor what is happening in other states, including the responses from financial entities,” she wrote in an e-mail yesterday.
Oh Yeah,, that statement should make Mainers feel really comfortable now, NOT.

At Least One Maine Town Has Help With Their Fraud Investigation

Former Newburgh treasurer indicted in $200,000 theft

BANGOR, Maine — The Penobscot County grand jury on Wednesday indicted a former Newburgh town official for embezzling nearly $200,000 in taxpayer funds, said District Attorney R. Christopher Almy.
Cindy Dunton of Newburgh is charged with Class B theft by unauthorized taking and faces a Dec. 9 court appearance in the Penobscot Judicial Center in Bangor. Almy said the charge against Dunton, who was fired as Newburgh’s deputy clerk and treasurer after the alleged thefts were discovered in March, is the most serious form of larceny there is and is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

In addition to prison time, Almy said if Dunton is convicted, he will ask the court to impose a restitution schedule for her to begin paying back the stolen money, plus more than $50,000 in attorney and auditor fees incurred by the town of Newburgh.

“It’s a very strong case,” said Almy. “The people of Newburgh are really mad, and I don’t blame them. Not only did she steal their money, but she broke their trust.”

Voter Fraud Expands

The left's voter fraud whitewash
Michelle Malkin
Denial isn't just a river in Egypt. It's the Democrats' coping mechanism for midterm election voter fraud. Faced with multiple reports of early voting irregularities and election shenanigans across the country, left-wing groups are playing dumb, deaf and blind. Voter fraud? What voter fraud?

More cunningly, these organizations are seeking to marginalize complaints about election integrity by casting citizen watchdog efforts as racist "scare tactics." Echoing President Obama's message to the Democratic faithful on the campaign trail, they are accusing political opponents of suppressing the votes of minorities and the poor. On Tuesday, The New York Times quoted a liberal voting rights advocate, Wendy R. Weiser, wringing her hands over individual Americans taking clean elections seriously:

"Private efforts to police the polls create a real risk of vote suppression, regardless of their intent," said Weiser, director of the Voting Rights and Elections Project at the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University. "People need to know that any form of discrimination, intimidation or challenge to voters without adequate basis is illegal or improper."
