DOJ Using Taxpayer Money to Arm Mexican Drug Cartels‏

This morning we sent you a video on how the military and Hollywood
have YOU to thank for funding their military recruitment videos
(blockbuster action movies). Well, here's a follow-up from our
friends at 2ndAmendmentTV on how the DOJ has spent taxpayer money
to fund an ATF gun running project, designed to frame American gun
dealers, gun owners, and the Second Amendment itself for the
escalating drug cartel violence in Mexico.

Good thing the program is being exposed and failed miserably.

U.S. Government Used Taxpayer Funds to Buy, Sell Weapons During 'Fast and Furious,' Documents Show

By William Lajeunesse

Published September 26, 2011

Not only did U.S. officials approve, allow and assist in the sale of more than 2,000 guns to the Sinaloa cartel -- the federal government used taxpayer money to buy semi-automatic weapons, sold them to criminals and then watched as the guns disappeared.  This disclosure, revealed in documents obtained by Fox News, could undermine the Department of Justice's previous defense that Operation Fast and Furious was a "botched" operation where agents simply "lost track" of weapons as they were transferred from one illegal buyer to another. Instead, it heightens the culpability of the federal government as Mexico, according to sources, has opened two criminal investigations into the operation that flooded their country with illegal weapons.

Undercover camera exposes water fluoridation chemicals being pumped into water supply

The InfoWars team has released stunning undercover video footage of toxic fluoride chemicals being pumped into the water supply in Austin, Texas. This clandestine video was just published along with a powerful interview with fluoride opposition activists who are working hard to remove fluoride from the city of Austin, Texas -- a victory that would make it the first large city in America to completely remove toxic fluoride chemicals from the water supply.
Here's my report on all this, with links to several different videos, including interviews with Dr. Paul Connett from Fluoride Action Network:

Strike 1, Strike 2, Strike 3, You're Out of the Game Mike Bowie,,, say bye bye now

BOUNCING BOWIE

Can anyone tell me what has to be done for Councilor Bowie to comply with the Town Council Working rules; Town Charter and the Town Ethics Panel?  Going all the way back to September 2008, Bowie has been violating the conflict of interest section of the Town Charter.  Bowie violated the same conflict of interest portion of the Town Charter in June 2009 and was sanctioned by the Town Ethics Panel.  Now, September 27, 2011 at the last Town Council Workshop, Bowie again violated the same conflict of interest rule of the charter and the Town Ethics Panel's ruling.

At the workshop, Bowie explained to the council he had been attending meetings of the Lewiston/Auburn 911 Communications Consolidation Project for the Town of Lisbon.  Mrs. Bowie is a substitute dispatcher and is a dispatch trainer according to her job description.  Bowie was ranting and raving about how the council needs to reject this project.  Since the project has a direct impact on his wife’s employment, there certainly is a conflict of interest.

Bowie is a strong advocate for the Police Department maintaining their inflated and extremely high budget.  Bowie is trying desperately to keep the Police Department the highest budget in the town.  Bowie wants to protect Chief Brook’s budget in order to keep his wife employed.  This is a prime example of the “good old boys” protecting one of their own.

Bowie interrupted Mrs. Fitzgerald at the last workshop after the Chair had recognized her.  This is a violation of Vice-Chair Pomelow’s council working rules on decorum.  Bowie had no right to override Chairman Lunt’s decision to allow Mrs. Fitzgerald to contribute to the discussion or to interrupt Mrs. Fitzgerald once she had the floor.

How is it Bowie can disregard the council working rules, town charter and the ethics panel and the Chair?  There are several possibilities:  (1) Bowie feels he is above these rules;   (2) Bowie is so sure the rest of the council will do nothing to stop him; (3) Bowie realizes it would take two Priests, a Nun, a Rabbi and the Pope to get enough votes to recall him since you need 30% of the votes cast in the last gubernatorial election.  This has already been tried and failed; not because the voters who came out did not vote to recall him but because there was not 30% turnout.  This is the problem with the charter.  There is absolutely no way anyone can be recalled because the 30% is unrealistic and can never be obtained.

The only way a councilor can be removed by the council is with six (6) votes and because Bowie is the puppet master; this will never happen.  I have sent a letter to the Ethics Panel and will go to the town office and take out a petition to have this conflict of interest brought before the town’s Ethics Panel.  I will be in front of Rite Aid on Monday and at the Transfer Station on Tuesday until I get the 25 necessary signatures.  Citizens of Lisbon; please come out and support this petition.

Occupy Wall Street video (and two other videos you must see to understand what's happening)‏

Watch this stunning video about the Occupy Wall Street peaceful protests, where the People are challenging the corruption and greed of the global banking elite:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_wp9CaogQ4Y
These people are starting to wake up! They're beginning to realize just how deep the global banking theft scam really runs. Just wait for the day when the entire country wakes up and realizes everything has been stolen from them by the crooks running our global banking system... on that day, there is absolutely no question that Martial Law will be declared in America.

Continuing with the topic of Wall Street videos, here's a truly shocking -- jaw dropping! -- series of blunt admissions by a Wall Street trader named Alessio Rastani. He will probably never be invited back to the BBC. Watch this video to see why (transcript also provided at this link)
http://www.naturalnews.com/033741_Wall_Street_trader.html

And finally, on the more hilarious side of things, here's a truly unforgettable video of a mainstream media journalist who is so ignorant about gold and fiat currency that she says, on live Canadian television, gold is backed by "nothing" while the U.S. dollar is backed by "the government." Therefore, she concludes, dollars are more reliable than gold!
http://www.naturalnews.com/033740_gold_journalism.html

These three videos will teach you a lot about how the grand financial con really works and why the mainstream media has turned into a goup of babbling idiots who are utterly incapable of intelligently reporting on anything that really matters.

By the way, on the topic of financial scams, allow me to challenge you with one simple thing that should really blow your mind: Do you realize that there is absolutely no need for the U.S. government to fund itself with tax dollars? The whole "pay your taxes" thing is truly a giant con because, as we've seen with every Wall Street bailout in recent years, the government can simply create money when it wants to by asking the Fed to create yet more fiat currency. Want proof? Ask yourself how the government raised the money for the trillions of dollars in Wall Street bailouts. It simply created the money (as debt) and then transferred it to the banksters!
This means that all the tax revenues collected each year by the federal government could simply be replaced by a single entry in a U.S. Treasury computer (as debt owed to the Federal Reserve). Thus, the whole purpose of the tax code is not to raise money to fund the government. Rather, it is to financially oppress the People of America and make sure people remain stuck in an endless cycle of consumerism and debt.

Of course, creating new money out of thin air is a dangerous recipe for an eventually currency blowout (and hyperinflation), so I don't support such a thing, but the U.S. government does it all the time anyway. So why not just cancel the entire tax code and let the government simply create a couple of trillion dollars each year and let us all keep our paychecks for a change?
Watch the three videos above to learn more about all this...
P.S. Next week is non-GMO week and we've got a great lineup of incredible breaking stories to bring you on GMOs, so stay tuned!

Has Northrop Grumman Scammed The U.S. Taxpayers?

Shipbuilder says it’s under federal civil probe

NEW ORLEANS — Huntington Ingalls Industries Inc. has disclosed a federal civil investigation into allegations that its former parent — defense giant Northrop Grumman Corp. — used Hurricane Katrina relief funds to improperly recover shipbuilding costs.

In its latest quarterly filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Newport News, Va.-based Huntington Ingalls said it is cooperating with the investigation and denies the allegations. According to the filing, Huntington Ingalls is targeted by a whistleblower suit filing asking for at least $835 million.

The filing does not disclose what shipyards may be involved. Huntington Ingalls owns yards in Pascagoula, Miss., and Avondale, La.

The Pascagoula yard competes with Bath Iron Works in Maine for Navy destroyer contracts. They are the only two shipyards in the United States to build destroyers. The yard, and the entire community of Pascagoula, was heavily damaged by Katrina.

Middle School Boys Soccer Results, 9/29/11, PWS vs St. Michael's‏

PWS' Boys suffered their 3rd loss this season in a 1-5 match with the
very able team from St. Michael's on a somewhat breezy and cool
afternoon. The Saints took control of the ball and maintained it for
much of the game leaving the Greyhounds stunned in disbelief. While
excellent endeavors were made by a very aggressive and seemingly
inexhaustible Austin Bedford in the first half which ended with the
'Hounds down by 3 goals, it wasn't until the last ten minutes that the
whole team found their rhythm with the added vigor of players like
Ryan Mulderig whose unquenchable thirst for the ball was undeniable.
In those last minutes it was the Saints who struggled to keep Lisbon
away as they blasted repeated volleys on goal with Austin Fournier
finally making the sole shut-out denying goal and putting Lisbon on
the scoreboard. The [1-3] 'Hounds will have an extended time to train
and prepare for their next bout when they welcome Cony to town
Wednesday, October 5.

Middle School Girls Soccer 9/29/2011 results against St. Mikes‏

On Thursday 9/29, Lisbon Sugg Middle school Girls soccer celebrated their
first triumph defeating St. Mikes 6x0. Defense Line built a wall in the
back, not letting any ball get even close to our net, including Center
Fullback Chandler Riordan, Left Fullback Conchita Thomas, Right Fullback
Sydney Douglas. Left Midfielder Aby Gamache did everything right, stopping
many opponents, giving many passes to our Forwards and taking a long shot
that ended up in the net.

Lisbon’s Offense brightened up a gray afternoon against St. Mikes. Left
Forward Hope Morse played her best game of the season so far, by putting the
ball in the net twice and giving two goal assists. Center Forward Katherin
George proved once more to be striker Lisbon’s needs by dribbling past many
opponents to score two goals. Right Forward Makaila Tilley also got to score
her first goal of the season after receiving a perfect assist from Right
Midfielder Sam Buldoc. Right Forward Emma Houle played an excellent game and
assisted Hope in her first goal.

Lisbon Sugg middle school girls’ soccer will go for their second win on
Tuesday, 10/5 against Cony, at home.

A Wonderful True Story

In 2003, police in Warwickshire, England, opened a garden shed and found a whimpering, cowering dog. The dog had been locked in the shed and abandoned. It was dirty and malnourished, and had quite clearly been abused.

In an act of kindness, the police took the dog, which was a female greyhound, to the Nuneaton Warwickshire Wildlife Sanctuary, which is run by a man named Geoff Grewcock, and known as a haven for animals abandoned, orphaned, or otherwise in need.

Geoff and the other sanctuary staff went to work with two aims: to restore the dog to full health, and to win her trust. It took several weeks, but eventually both goals were achieved. They named her Jasmine, and they started to think about finding her an adoptive home.

Jasmine, however, had other ideas. No one quite remembers how it came about, but Jasmine started welcoming all animal arrivals at the sanctuary. It would not matter if it were a puppy, a fox cub, a rabbit or, any other lost or hurting animal. Jasmine would just peer into the box or cage and, when and where possible, deliver a welcoming lick.

Geoff relates one of the early incidents. "We had two puppies that had been abandoned by a nearby railway line. One was a Lakeland Terrier cross and another was a Jack Russell Doberman cross. They were tiny when they arrived at the centre, and Jasmine approached them and grabbed one by the scruff of the neck in her mouth and put him on the settee. Then she fetched the other one and sat down with them, cuddling them."

"But she is like that with all of our animals, even the rabbits. She takes all the stress out of them, and it helps them to not only feel close to her, but to settle into their new surroundings. She has done the same with the fox and badger cubs, she licks the rabbits and guinea pigs, and even lets the birds perch on the bridge of her nose."

Jasmine, the timid, abused, deserted waif, became the animal sanctuary's resident surrogate mother, a role for which she might have been born. The list of orphaned and abandoned youngsters she has cared for comprises five fox cubs, four badger cubs, fifteen chicks, eight guinea pigs, two stray puppies and fifteen rabbits - and one roe deer fawn. Tiny Bramble, eleven weeks old, was found semi-conscious in a field. Upon arrival at the sanctuary, Jasmine cuddled up to her to keep her warm, and then went into the full foster-mum role. Jasmine the greyhound showers Bramble the roe deer with affection, and makes sure nothing is matted.

"They are inseparable," says Geoff. "Bramble walks between her legs, and they keep kissing each other. They walk together round the sanctuary. It's a real treat to see them."

Jasmine will continue to care for Bramble until she is old enough to be returned to woodland life. When that happens, Jasmine will not be lonely. She will be too busy showering love and affection on the next orphan or victim of abuse.

Pictured from the left are: "Toby", a stray Lakeland dog; "Bramble", orphaned roe deer; "Buster", a stray Jack Russell; a dumped rabbit; "Sky", an injured barn owl; and "Jasmine", with a mother's heart doing best what a caring mother would do...and such is the order of God's Creation.

And, just in case you wondered, Snopes.com has verified the truth of this wonderful story and the reality of these photographs which accompany the story - so you can pass this story on, and help make someone else's day to be just a little brighter!

Thank you, Mrs. Fitzgerald for your very kind words.

Thank you, Mrs. Fitzgerald for your very kind words.

It would be an honor to serve the wonderful people of Lisbon as Honorary Mayor.

Lisbon can never heal until it deals with the past corruption.  Some people have used this town as a cash register for their own benefit.

God bless the concerned citizens who are trying to move our community in a positive direction.

Lisbon's Wonderful Workshop Wonders

L/A 911 DISCUSSION

At last nights, Town Council workshop, there were several items discussed which were not on the schedule calendar.  This was supposed to be a Strategic Planning session.  Well instead, the council discusses how to cover up Leighton’s abuse of the Purchasing Policy by changing the Purchasing Policy.  They also discussed the Lewiston/Auburn 911 consolidation and the Lisbon Connection problem.

The first topic was the Purchasing Policy which in my personal opinion was excellently written.  I believe it is very clear and provides a fair and just exception to allow for contracts to be awarded to local businesses.  However, the council eliminated the last two sentences in paragraph Section 86-34 Formal Bidding (A).  I believe this was an excellent change.

There apparently is a problem with the “Lisbon Connection” bus service to connecting towns.  The Western Maine Transportation lost some Federal funding due to budget cuts.  This means someone will have to make up the difference.  Currently, the Town of Lisbon is paying $25,700 for this service.  There were several items brought out like cutting some of the runs;  consolidating runs and raising the rates from $1.00 to $1.50.  The issue was tabled for another workshop in order to have a representative of the company come in and explain all options to the council.  This I believe was the right decision.

Next, Bowie discussed the Lewiston/Auburn 911 consolidation of communication centers.   Bowie is totally against the consolidation.  I wonder why?  Could it possibly be his wife works for the Lisbon Police Department and would have a direct and indirect impact on her?  Of course no one can see a conflict of interest here.  Bowie is doing everything he can to protect Brook’s empire and his wife’s employment.  Brooks sat in the audience so proud of his stooge.   Bowie did his very best to poison his fellow councilors.  This was totally unnecessary because Bowie runs the council and the puppets will do anything Bowie tells them to do.  What a waste of time!!

The remainder of the meeting dealt with the Vision statement for the Town of Lisbon, the strength and weakness of the town and the council never got to the threats and opportunities of Lisbon.

Bully Bowie would not allow Mrs. Fitzgerald to speak even after Chairman Lunt recognized her.  I wonder who really runs the town council?

Councilor Bowie Bullies And Chairman Lunt Cowers Down

BULLY BOWIE

During last night’s Town Council Workshop, Mrs. Fitzgerald requested to provide input into a discussion on the Strengths and Weakness of the town. Chairman Mark Lunt recognized Mrs. Fitzgerald allowing her to offer input into the discussion.  Mrs. Fitzgerald began speaking and Bowie piped up and said Mark this is a workshop or words to that effect.  Chairman Lunt immediately terminated Mrs. Fitzgerald from continuing on.

Bowie’s action clearly demonstrated Bowie’s complete disregard for Vice Chair Pomelow’s Town Council Working Rules on decorum.  Bowie should not have interrupted Mrs. Fitzgerald.  The Chairman had recognized Mrs. Fitzgerald so she had the floor and should have been allowed to speak.  At all council meetings or workshops, the Chairman and only the Chairman has the right to recognize members of the public and allow input from a resident.  Bowie was completely in violation of the Council’s working rules.

The fact of the matter, Bowie showed no respect for Mrs. Fitzgerald by interrupting her and forcing his influence on the Chairman.  This display of bullying is a prime example of who is really running this Town Council.  Bowie forced the Chairman to stop Mrs. Fitzgerald from presenting information to the council.  We will never know if the information Mrs. Fitzgerald was trying to bring to the discussion was of any value because Bowie shut her up.  This incident is another example of censorship by Bowie and the puppets.

Chairman Mark Lunt buckled to Bowie’s demand.  This is not the action of a true Chairman and expresses a true lack of respect for the Chair by Bowie.  Do not let anyone tell you; Bowie is not running this council and this is a direct violation of the council form of government.  Every councilor is supposed to be allowed to think and vote for themselves and not be lead around by their noses.  There is only one councilor not being intimidated by Bowie and that is Councilor Cote.

Last Night's Council Workshop

I attended a Town of Lisbon workshop last evening. September 27, 2011. The topic was supposed to be on Infrastructure, but as usual one never knows what the topic will be until the meeting begins. Nevertheless, I did attend as I have all council meetings and workshops.
After sitting through the meeting and listening to the information, and Mr. Benson asking for suggestions from council members, this was an open discussion, I was not allowed to speak. Correction, Mark Lunt did allow me one comment, question, but was rudely interrupted by councilor Bowie.
I was never recognized after that one time.

Subject: Council workshop

Good morning Mr. Lunt;
You say at council meetings to call you with comments and concerns. I tried calling the phone number listed on the town website only to get a message that it had not been set up yet.
You said at a recent previous council meeting that you do not always read your e-mail. So how are we, the public supposed to get in touch with you?
The reason for this letter, if you do have the time to read it, is the inconsideration I received at last nights council workshop. I know the workshop rules, no one is allowed to speak. I, as a citizen of Lisbon, take my time to attend ALL council meetings, and have not missed a workshop. There are things I would prefer to do, but feel it my civic duty to be informed on ALL town affairs. The only ones from town, aside from the council, town manager, Chief Brooks and Bensen were 2 citizens, myself and Larry Fillmore.
What harm would it have done if I were allowed speak? to offer a comment? Who knows, my comment could have had some importance to the subject being dicscussed? Now, you will never know! ! ! ! !
Is this your way to let the public know that they are not welcome at meetings? That our comments, knowledge is not important, to you, and to the town?
A
"Workshop working rules"
Citizens are welcome to attend workshops, however, citizens will not normally participte in workshop discussions unlesss invited to do so by the Town Manager and Town Council.
