EAGLE RISING: Republicans Preparing to Give Obama Free Rein Over the Military Abroad and at Home!?

It's about to get real friends! In a stunning move at the end of January, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell pushed through a bill that claims to "authorize the use of United States Armed Forces [AUMF] against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant and its associated forces." The problem is that the bill is not only unconstitutional (not a declaration of war), but is also open-ended, not restricting where those forces can be used. As usual, they are covering what they are doing by advancing the idea that it is an effort to defeat Islamic terrorists.

According to the bill, the Congress "Authorizes the President to use all necessary and appropriate force to defend U.S. national security against the threat posed by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), its associated forces, organizations, and persons, and any successor organizations."

EAGLE RISING: Former FBI Assistant Director says Hillary Clinton is Lying!

This past week during the Democrat presidential debate, Hillary Clinton told America that nothing would come from the FBI’s investigation into her private email account. The former Secretary of State told NBC’s Chuck Todd that she was “100 percent confident. This is a security review that was requested.  It is being carried out.” However, someone with intimate knowledge of the FBI’s inner workings and about how they run their criminal investigations said that Mrs. Clinton was lying about what was going on. Steve Pomerantz worked for the FBI for 28 years, climbing as high as Assistant Director, the 3^rd highest-ranking position with the FBI, and on Sunday he told Fox News that Clinton’s comments during the debate were inaccurate.

We have a Secretary of the Navy more concerned about gender-neutral duty positions than Sailors being taken at gunpoint and made to kneel, while video of the embarrassing incident proliferates across the globe. The enemy wanders terra firma and enacts countless savage and barbaric actions, but the commander-in-chief chooses to lecture about being nice.

 And so I have to ask, what are our values as a nation and within our military? I have another case to present.

FREEDOM FORCE: Boy Savagely Raped at Pool — Guess Who’s Arrested

Police in Vienna have arrested an Iraqi immigrant on suspicion of raping a 10-year-old boy at a public pool. 

According to the Kronen Zeitung newspaper, the 20-year-old confessed to raping the boy but excused himself, saying it was a “sexual emergency” because he hadn’t had sex in several months. 

The attack occurred on December 22, just days before Christmas, when the suspect pulled the boy into a changing stall, pulled down his swim trunks and viciously raped him. The boy cried out for help, but no one heard him.

(Via The Hill) Amid the chaos of the 2009 holiday travel season, jihadists planned to slaughter 290 innocent travelers on a Christmas Day flight from the Netherlands to Detroit, Michigan. Twenty-three-year old Nigerian Muslim Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab intended to detonate Northwest Airlines Flight 253, but the explosives in his underwear malfunctioned and brave passengers subdued him until he could be arrested. The graphic and traumatic defeat they planned for the United States failed, that time. 

Following the attempted attack, President Obama threw the intelligence community under the bus for its failure to “connect the dots.” He said, “this was not a failure to collect intelligence, it was a failure to integrate and understand the intelligence that we already had.”

“Normally when I’m on campus, I try to look for an empty room, which may be hard in the day with all these students or if I can’t find a room I’ll go to the top of a staircase and just pray there,” said Mohammed Ismail, a member of the Muslim Student Association (MSA).

(Via Breitbart) According to Ross, Obama’s changes were “clearly outside the rule of law.”
Congress passed the enhancements to the Visa Waiver Program — which allows foreign nationals from 38 countries to travel to the U.S. without first obtaining a visa — as both a stand alone bill and with the FY2016 Omnibus bill in December.
While the Visa Waiver Program Improvement Act mandated that dual nationals and travelers who recently visited countries of concern obtain a visa, last month the Obama administration unveiled changes to the VWP that exempted large swaths of travelers who have recently traveled to Syria, Iraq, Iran, and Sudan from that requirement.

Free Beacon Colorado veterans seeking health care from the Department of Veterans Affairs faced excessive wait times and, in some instances, denied care, according to a new watchdog report.

The VA inspector general found that dozens of veterans faced excessive wait times for care at a Colorado Springs outpatient clinic. Long wait times were covered up by scheduling staffers who used the wrong dates to make it appear that patients faced shorter wait times.

EAGLE RISING: Two Separate Judges say the Federal Government has Acted Illegally in their Attack on Oregon's Ranchers!

I have known that the United States Constitution has been undermined for some time, beginning with Abraham Lincoln. I have also know of the incorporation of the united States that is based in London, England. However, now, there are at least two Superior Court Judges, who are also common law judges under the Postmaster General of their respective regions in Alaska and Colorado, are pointing out the actions of the Bureau of Land Management and the actions of criminal politicians in the united States government to undermine the American view of government and law. This is especially enlightening with what has been going on with the Bundys, the Hammonds and the death of LaVoy Finicum. 

Judge Anna Maria Riezinger and Judge Bruce Doucette issued a letter in which they exposed the illegal actions of the BLM and the unconstitutionality of what is really taking place in Oregon.

GOPDD: Obama Compares Chicagoans To Nazis In Prayer Breakfast Remarks

DailyCaller President Barack Obama relayed two stories during the National Prayer Breakfast which he compared Chicago residents to Nazis.

 

The president spoke about a story he learned of at a ceremony at the Israeli Embassy where he gave remarks honoring individuals who rescued Jews during the Holocaust.
The president later compared that story to Chicago Muslim father and his children praying one day after the San Bernardino shooting:

A week ago, I spoke at a ceremony held at the Israeli Embassy for the first time, honoring the courage of people who saved Jews during the Holocaust. And one of the recipients was the grandson — or the son of an American soldier who had been captured by the Nazis. So a group of American soldiers are captured, and their captors ordered Jewish POWs to identify themselves. And one sergeant, a Christian named Roddie Edmonds, from Tennessee, ordered all American troops to report alongside them. They lined up in formation, approximately 200 of them, and the Nazi colonel said, “I asked only for the Jewish POWs,” and said, “These can’t all be Jewish.” And Master Sergeant Edmonds stood there and said, “We are all Jews.” And the colonel took out his pistol and held it to the Master Sergeant’s head and said, “Tell me who the Jews are.” And he repeated, “We are all Jews.” And faced with the choice of shooting all those soldiers, the Nazis relented. And so, through his moral clarity, through an act of faith, Sergeant Edmonds saved the lives of his Jewish brothers-in-arms. (Applause.)
A second story. Just yesterday, some of you may be aware I visited a mosque in Baltimore to let our Muslim-American brothers and sisters know that they, too, are Americans and welcome here. (Applause.) And there I met a Muslim-American named Rami Nashashibi, who runs a nonprofit working for social change in Chicago. And he forms coalitions with churches and Latino groups and African Americans in this poor neighborhood in Chicago. And he told me how the day after the tragedy in San Bernardino happened, he took his three young children to a playground in the Marquette Park neighborhood, and while they were out, the time came for one of the five daily prayers that are essential to the Muslim tradition. And on any other day, he told me, he would have immediately put his rug out on the grass right there and prayed.
