This is  the Charter change proposed by Councilor Cote several months ago.  This is also the same issue that Ms. Turmelle and Mr. Cote discussed at the last town council  meeting and were promised it would be put on the agenda.  This is the Charter change recommended by councilor Cote that would allow the town's people to Vote on the Town Budget, just like they are doing now for the School's budget.
