duty imposed on him by law or clearly inherent in the nature of his
office.
18 USC § 4 – MISPRISION OF FELONY
Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony

civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined

If people have filed complaints with the A.G.’s Office. Chief
Investigator Brian MacMaster brushes complaints under the rug. In the
past, if you filed a complaint against a police officer with the Maine
Criminal Justice Academy because MasMaster failed in his duties,
MacMaster was Chairman of the Board!
