GOPDD: Kerry: ISIS ‘Territory Is Shrinking Every Day’

(The Hill) Despite successful attacks in Paris and Brussels, the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria’s (ISIS) home base in the Middle East is collapsing, Secretary of State John Kerry said Friday in Belgium.
“Its territory is shrinking every day,” Kerry said. “Its leaders are being decimated, its revenue sources are dwindling, and its fighters are fleeing.”
