His gas station was robbed twice in 3 months. Frank Schwagel owns a Shell gas station in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota.

According to WJON-TV. He put a sign on his gas station’s front door last week offering discounts after 7 p.m. to police officers or anybody who shows him a conceal carry permit.
