VIDEO: Activist who marched with MLK puts up provocative billboard about ‘Black Lives Matter’

Longtime civil rights activist Fred Davis is tired of violence in the black community, and he decided to do something about it. Instead of directing his anger at the police, he channeled it into a billboard near his place of work in Memphis with a stern message for those concerned that “black lives matter.”
