GOPDD: Obama DHS Smuggling Anonymous OTM Hordes – Terrorist Recruits Into US?

If this report is accurate in its location there are, at a minimum, some serious questions that need to be answered. If it is true, what appears to be and is reported to be by the author of the video, non-English and non-Spanish speaking foreigners, are lined up outside an immigration facility on the Mexico-US border.  They also appear to be being processed in some manner and then enter the US.
